Type and gender help

we decided to expand our mini farm with quail. But didn't have much help at local farm supply store with type of quail we got. We bought the remaining 6 babies 4 weeks ago. They are very healthy and strong. But I'm having trouble figuring out what type we have or gender. 2 of them are turning white like the 1st pic. The other 4 are more brown & spectacle. Any help would be appreciated!

could you take a picture without the red light? it's hard to see the colour. Thanks. it might be a snowy quail. they look like this (the picture isn't mine)

Difficult to see in the red light of the warming bulb.

First impression is, that the first is a Pearl Fee and the second an Italian.
But hard to tell in the red light.

Can you take pics without red light? The few moments for some photos will not harm.

Oh yes! I will this evening when I get home from work! I thought I had more pictures of them but I apparently don't.

She is in quaratine, as she recovers from mobbing .

She luckily is recovering ... I thought she wouldn't make it ... she was realy shattered.

Side fact ... the Pearl Fee before was the attacker.
She is totally related to humans. She cannot deal with other quails. She already hurt three other hens. I gotta keep her in single prison. She is owned by my daughter ... and both love each other. Culling is no option
