Type of chick with fuzzy wings

Hi everyone I saw this chick at a local farm store can anyone tell me what kind of Bantam has fuzzy wing like this.

It’s a frizzle Cochin, bantam most likely!

Agreed, the curling wing feathers is indicative of the frizzle gene.

Be careful, if you end up with any cockerels. Its not healthy to breed two frizzles together. The resulting offspring, if they get double the frizzle genes, will have very fragile feathers that will snap early. The also don't feather well, and will look like they're permanently in a state of molt.
