Ok,we're almost done with the coop,I was wandering, should I put like a linoleum flooring,or what should I do?I think if I put a certain flooring on,it'll make cleaning much easier than a normal plywood floor.

Any suggestions??

Wow, linoleum flooring in a chicken coop? Never thought of that... Why don't you just leave it dirt and throw several inches of sand down, that's about as easy as you can get.

im building a coop with linoleum flooring, aparantly it is easier for cleaning, and it prevents rodents from digging in but just make sure to put down enough bedding so they dont hurt their feet as they hope down on it

I glued plastic sheeting to the floor of the coop. I am going to use the deep litter method, so it will be covered with pine shavings at all times. Linoleum would work the same as the plastic I used. Go for it!

Found a scrap of linoleum for cheap. Used roofing nails to set in place and sealed those with "liquid nails". Should be pretty much bullet proof. Asl long as you don't run a river of water through your coop, you should be fine.
