Why do you think that? Is it bc you do not care how your food is raised or that you do not believe factory farming creates pollution...or that factory farmed animals eat most grains produced in the world.
You should try to explain yourself if you are going to make a statement like that.

This is a bit outdated so the rates are much higher now but here's something to read:

Unfortunately your attempt to condemn "factory" farms using the propaganda provided by PETA, organization, Farm Sanctuary, and other fringe/militant anti AGRICULTURE organizations has lead you to generalize just a little too much. Had you said that many or some factory farms then I would have not had an issue, but by saying that all "factory" you falsified your arguement.

As to Factory farms taking up too much space, this is a specious argument since the use of confinement livestock production facilities actually reduces the amount of land required to raise meat, milk, eggs. The idyllic picture of a farm with 10 sows, 50 hens, and 3 dairy cows is no longer a feasible option to feed the masses, even if it is very profitable for those that have developed niche markets.

I think the points have been made. I discourage everyone here from doing two things:

a) Accussing others of not having valid arguments because they dare read litererature, books or opinions of others

b) Posting a bunch of links to external websites to read boring articles which we may or may not have time to even get to read. Try and make your own points and be civil.
