UFOs as a false-flag operation?

This is probably the single most unique take on UFOs I've ever seen.

I'm really surprised that I haven't thought about the possibility of this. I still consider UFOs - for the most part - hoaxes and/or currently unknown atmospheric phenomena. Still, good food for thought.
