Ugg, still no eggs from half my flock...

I have 8 hens:
2 Rhode Island Rocks
3 Tetra Tints
1 Easter Egger
1 Silkie
1 Khakia Campbell

I also have a Roo and a Drake.

Both RIR and 2 of the TT's plus my duck are laying (Tho the past 2 days my duck has not laid), but nothing from the others. They are well over 22 weeks for all. It's just so frustrating that the others are slackers! I know to be patient and all, but how long is the longest your newbies gone without laying.

We have 10 BR's. We got 5 eggs today for the first time and they are all 5 months old. The first one started laying three weeks ago and we thought the rest would soon follow but, alas, it hasn't happened. Until today the most we've gotten is three in one day. We thought they would all be laying by now.
