You may need to pick the scab off after soaking and press on the foot to see if there's any pus underneath.

I’ll check it tomorrow, I have some iodine ointment coming from amazon. Doesn’t get here until Weds.

Just an update, the little tiny scab fell off today after her soak, I put some triple antibiotic on it, wrapped it. And will continue to soak her for a week just to make sure
