UGH... I have a bad tooth

I have 2 bad teeth that have to be extracted this month(22nd). They are just driving me nuts but thankfully the pain has stopped, mostly anyway. One is from a bad root canal & the other is from the bone failing (because of chemotherapy i had when i was younger). One tooth has stopped hurting completely and the abcess seems to have went away but the other one is still really swollen and has not started causing a bad taste in my mouth...talk about gross, i have been popping mints like crazy & it seems like the brushing & rinsing and mouth wash doesnt help at all.

ever had a bad tooth like this?
I really can't wait to get them out, they are just making me crazy.

I have several bad teeth. 1 needs a crown, atleast 2 need huge fillings, maybe crowns. I have had awful experiences with dentists, and I'm terrified to go back.

DH had an abscessed wisdom tooth yanked today..

I am still on an antibiotic, still have a lot left too. it doesn't seem super effective on the top tooth but it has helped keep it down some, so that its not hurting bad anymore. I am allergic to cillin drugs so they had to go with the 4x's a day one

They should be gone before i see him for the extraction but i am a little worried the abcess might be back(or not gone) by then too, i guess i will have to wait and see.

Thank God they'll be knocking me out for the extraction though!
