Ugh, I need to buy eggs.

I'm out of eggs. I have 12 chickens and have only gotten 6 eggs in the last week- which was dinner. Slackers. Only one chicken is laying.
I put a light in the coop for 2 extra hours a day a few days ago... hopefully that works soon.

I'm sorry. So far we are holding out. My EE's are molting pretty hard but my golden comets are still producing. My you get more eggs soon!!!

This change in temp and season really hurts egg production. I get about 2-3 eggs a day where i used to get 7-8 a day.
