I went to turn the eggs and noticed that the humidity was too high so I took the top off of the incubator. Well I forgot I had taken it off and walked away. Well about 2 hrs later I noticed the top was off and rushed and put it on. Do you think the eggs will be ok?

They will be fine. In the wild mom will take breaks from the nest to swim eat and just relax. I have forgotten to replace my incubator lids many times for longer periods of time than that and suffered no ill effects. if your are as plagued by distraction and forgetfullness as I am you might want to consider just propping one side of the lid up for a while so that if you forget the eggs will still be somewhat warm.

Technically, it's probably better for them to cool off, rather than be 'kinda warm'. Regardless, they should be fine. I do that all the time when I'm 'cooling' the goose eggs....so much so that I've stopped cooling them! I know one of these times I'll just forget it all night, I'm sure that would be disastrous!! I just candle mine during the evening turning, so that way the kinda get cooled off lol

I did my "cooling" time of 10 minutes on my duck eggs and forgot it. Lid was off for about 3 hours. Every single one hatched. I thought I had killed em for sure.. good luck.
