The chicken that was wheezing is seemingly better, but now a different one is constantly wheezing.
Background info is we just treated for a heavy load of round worms last week. No respiratory symptoms prior. The bird now wheezing has always been sneezy. What antibiotic would be good for this? I'm guessing I should separate her? She is now the only one with symptoms. I also have young ones that range from 6-14 weeks. Is this going to spread to everyone?

She is having stridor, a sound when a small piece of food or mucus plug is partially blocking the airway. Swollen airways from a respiratory infection can also cause this. It may go away in a few hours, if it is feed or mucus plug when she coughs and clears her airway. She is not in any distress by this. Is she sneezing? The bubbles in her eye can be a sign of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) Tylan 50 injectable used orally, or Tylosin powder in the water are frequently used to treat it.

I'm not comfortable injecting. I'll look for the powder. Should I isolate her? Treat only her? I don't see anything in her beak. Is there anything I can do to promote her to cough it up? Only one eye has bubbles, no nasal discharge and not currently sneezing.

Would this product be good?

Isolating her would be best. Treat only her if no other hens are showing signs of illnesses.
I am not sure how you could promote her to cough it up. Hopefully @Eggcessive chimes in again.

This product looks like it is mainly for pet house birds such as parrots and parakeets... you can see it says "Not for food producing animals", so I'm not sure that this would work good for your situation if you are planning to eat eggs from the hen.
When you do find a better powder, treat her for 3-4 days, then see if symptoms are gone, getting better, or worsening. Treat for another couple days until symptoms are gone. Make sure she is eating and drinking. Offer her soggy bread (sick chickens love soggy bread!), mealworms, etc.

(@Eggcessive will be much more helpful when it comes to this stuff. Just trying to help with what I can!)

Good luck!

I can't find tylosin powder locally 😞
I have 2 with symptoms, but only the one has constant wheezing. The other has some crackling/snoring sounds and coughing, but it isn't constant. We haven't added any new adult birds since the middle of February. We have young ones out there, divided from the big ones, but jone of them ever showed these symptoms. Isn't likely that everyone is infected already?
I only have one large dog crate ( 22x36). I'm not sure that is large enough to keep 2 full size EEs in.

I'm being told on fb, injectable LA 200 but I can't find that locally either. Can tylan 50 be used orally?

Tylosin powder can be ordered online.

Tylan50 Injectable can be given orally. Dose is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days in a row.
Only treat symptomatic birds.

Flush eyes with saline and apply Terramcyin eye ointment to the eyes a couple of times a day.

Keep a closed flock. No new birds in, no selling/trading hatching eggs, chicks, chickens. Birds with MG remain carriers for life.

Is there a test to find out if it is MG?
