Ugh..

I hatched 8 silkie chicks a month and a half ago, (They are still inside, too cold to be outside) And I woke up to two of them crowing.... My other silkie rooster didn’t till he was like 6 months, this is very odd haha! Their crowing is absolutely hilarious though, they were my top favs, sad they will probably be roosters though.

If they're only a month and a half old and they're already crowing, it's pretty safe to say they're cockerels. I'll bet they're cute! Can you post a video of them trying to crow?

One of my little cockerels is beginning to crow. He is about 3 months old. It's pretty weak, but oh so cute. He never does it when I'm looking so I'm not sure which one it is. Too cute.

Baby crows I had one start at 4 1/2 weeks old,so funny,he would put his whole body into it and get out 3 little notes!

I’ll have to see if I can get a good video of them crowing! I would’ve responded yesterday with pics but I was quite busy. But here are some, the black one was the first to start crowing, he’s pretty big. Then the white one followed shortly behind.

The white one is also a dead giveaway, his comb is huge already.
