They are not lash eggs. Lash eggs result from an infection of the oviduct, and the condition is known as salpingitis. I lost a production hen to that this spring. [EDT: The few eggs she laid looked perfectly normal, except for the giant balls of pus that were often in the middle.]It looks like a lash eggs.
