uh...Can you eat bantum eggs?

I love my banty eggs. I eat them all the time and supply the whole family with free eggs. My 4 yr old nephew loves them sooo much he has eaten up to 9 eggs in one sitting.

That will be fun the first time I make my DH a 3 egg omelet....he'll be like "what the heck?" and I'll say "what...its 3 eggs!"

Just an FIY - you can any fowl eggs.

Quail, pheasant, guinea, turkey, goose, duck, chicken, emu, ostrich, etc to name a few.

They are all very good

At the asian market they sell 1 duck egg for $2 down here. The ridiculous prices is why no one ever talks about eating them. I love them because the yolk is so big. Its my belief that you can eat all bird eggs. I never hear about people eatting goose eggs but think of the omelet!
