My 5 button quail who all hatched together are 33 days old... I've noticed one of the white ones pecking at thr others . Also, they often go into frenzied but I have nowhere else to move them into before their outdoor run in is ready for them. What do I do??? The video shows the white one pecking a redbreasted which I think is female

Do they have hiding places? Also, there is no video. You will need to upload it to a video sharing site and then post the link here.
Alright, tell me what you think of this.

Give them some hiding places. It didn't look very violent in the video, though, so it may not be a big issue. Watch to see if feathers start getting pulled out, and definitely separate the bully if there's any blood.
I've seen small feathers on the floor not many but I don't see any bald spots or damage on the quail, is this just regular mini-molting.

You may see occasional feathers, but they're too young to be molting. The pecking may be removing a few feathers, but as long as there's no chasing, it's nothing to worry about. If you see the white one pecking and chasing others, then there's a problem. If you are concerned you can remove the white one for a day then put it back. That can cure bullying behaviour, but from what you've said and shown, I'm not seeing bullying.

I saw like 5 small feathers in their water bowl when cleaning it out this morning. The feathers weren't all the same color, they came from different quail. Shouldn't they be shedding their feathers now, though? 35 days old, their adult feathers are coming in. I don't know if thats added to the current feathers, put above, or replaces them.
