Uh oh...I accidently ordered 25 guineas:/

We sold 6 of our adolescents and have 5 more in the brooder pen, just about ready to go with the big boys. Then I have 30 eggs in the incubator!! I love guineas. Ours don't holler as bad as you'd think, but we live in the country with fewer "alarms". They roam the woods around the two houses here on the hill, which is about 8 acres. When I hear them, I always know their general location. They're so funny and fun to watch!

Hahahhaha if only you were in NY. I'd just tell hubby 'oh, well someone just HAD to have keets and we had so many....' LOL.

It could have been worse - I DID sell 20 keets. Can you imagine 37 guineas?

I live in the woods surrounded by forrests. The one neighbor I do have loves hearing my roosters crow. I bring him eggs for tolerating them. He hasn't mentioned the new sounds of my peacock screaming like a little girl at 2am...hehehe. I don't plan on keeping all 25. That was the minimum from Ideal. I'll pick and choose and sell or give the rest away.

lol where did you order them from... they are so cool, I just dont like how wild they are, you cant lock them up or they will kill themself trying to get out... I dont have enough property to let them roam I WOULD take some from my BFF (she has like 50 & wants to give me some) but I dont know what I would do with them
