uh oh i think i might have screwed up

Ok so my daughter has been stareing at these eggs for 19 days , and we got home earlier and she went to check them and came running and screaming ! Full of excitement ! Three of the eggs are pipping ( or atleast i think thats what u call it ) they have a small hole chipped out of them and we heard a couple of peeps while watching them . Ill have a heck of a time getting that youngin to sleep tonight now . Shes been on egg watch for hours .lol

How exciting! I didn't sleep much when I put mine in lockdown. Every hour or so I would tiptoe out and peek in the incubator window. Make sure to keep us all posted.

Congrats! I am only on day 8 and have just candled my eggs for the first time last night. I was so thrilled to see there are babies in there! I can't wait! Enjoy!

Did you wake up to balls of fluff? Did your daughter sleep at all?

Well we didn't wake up to baby chicks but my daughter watched the first three hatch all seems good. they r in brooder under heat lamp and the rest r starting to pip when I left for work .
