Uh-oh...is Ms. Frizzle a Mister?

This is Ms. Frizzle on the left and Ms. Doodle on the right at about three weeks old. They are now 8 weeks old, and I noticed today that Ms. Frizzle suddenly has a bright red comb and little red flaps at the corners of her beak. Also, her tweets seem to be turning into songs. It's not a problem for me uinless it becomes a problem when they go into the coop - because I have a full sized (albeit very gentle) copper maran. And I only have one other Bantam - the silkie in the picture - and I really wasn't planning to get any more Bantam hens. Advice?
