Well, it's mainly at the end...so hatch out your chicken eggs, and once they are in the brooder, crank the humidity to between 70 and 80%.

What breed of duck is it? Many do not need a pond, but they sure do love water and a kiddie pool is always appreciated. Until our pond gets made, mine are playing in an under the bed storage tub filled with fresh water in the mornings (holds bout 10 gallons).

Ducks LOVE swamps. Lots of creepy crawly slimy things to munch on. Minnows, frogs, bugs, yummm!

You can feed them unmedicated chick starter but you will need to give them some brewer's yeast along with it. They need extra niacin.

Do you only have 1 duck egg? Ducks need buddies.
