Uh-oh..... We need help!!!

We need help!! There have been three chicks hatched so far and the forth one has this thing on its tummy we didn't see it on any of the others so we became immediately worried... PLEASE HELP this is the first time hatching we have no clue what to do... It looks like excess skin hanging off, there also looks to be blood on it....

It is absorbed yolk- the chick's belly button so to speak, it'll be ok.

When should it be gone by?

a couple days? It should dry up and fall of in the brooder or left in the incubator.
