My duckling is breathing funny. His shavings are clean, so is his water. It is like someone that has run a lot, he is breathing hard :'(

Can you give us some more information? Age? Is he congested? Any discharge from his eyes/nose/mouth? Any wheezing or raspy noises? Any other sick birds?

The other 2 ducklings are fine, and his only other symptom is that his bill is pale. He is 4-5 weeks old.

There's not really enough to go on. I guess I would just keep an eye on him. Keep his environment clean and dry. Keep his water filled and clean. Basically, the stuff you have already been doing.
