uh ooo on humidity

so i had a couple eggs hatch already and have more supposed to hatch fri i thought i had them seperated but apparently i didnt the inky was dirty and started to stink from baked yolk sac i didnt want to but i took everything out gave it a quick scrub then put everything back in under 10 min the temp dropped 10 degrees and the humidity went from 65 to 47 then upto 77 now its going back down i hope everything is still ok cause these are my wifes seramas

its not the chicks im worried to much about its the wife she told me to wait and i did she went to work and i cleaned it im just not sure if they can get shrink wrapped before they pip or if it just happens after they pip
