I candled the two fertile eggs again and one embryo was almost filling up the egg, and the other is not even close to filling it up.The tiny embryo's father is a bantam.Is this why it's so small?And yes both embryos are alive!They are on day 12.

You might want to try posing pictures on the Incubating and Hatching Eggs forum for ideas if you can, https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs X3 I would just leave them alone if nothing else is going on, sometimes they do develop at different rates, or you could possibly have warm/cold spots in your incubator.
