He IS a cute little guy, huh? Dang it. Anyone think I could teach him, "shhhhhhhh!!"
The feed and tack store where I purchased him said they have people who want roosters, so they will take him back, "for a fee". I don't mind paying for him to have a good home, as long as I could be sure he's not going to be Sunday dinner someday, but alas...

What a handsome little guy you have there. Funny that the legs are dark on front. That is not normally a cockerel trait. That said, it is definitely a cockerel.
