UK Member Please Say HI

Apologies for the delay! These are the two Polands. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you need to see tails? These are the most recent photos but I realise you can't see much! Thanks! Bx
OH bother! That was meant to be a reply to someone! Ooops! think I got that wrong!
:frow Nice polish you have there :love Pics of tails would be great but from what I can see the one with the more rounded crest certainly looks female and the other with the more wild crest could be female as I see no wattle development. How old are they please?

Hiyah all......new notifications haven't been coming through for whatever reason so I've just spent 30 mins catching up! Hi to all the new subscribers. I've been busy Xmas shopping and defrosting water containers!

Here in the Midlands it's been minus temperatures all day and night since Tuesday, this afternoon is the 1st time I've had running water out of the hose...filling water holders with the kettle every morning has been ultra tedious. All well here so far (fingers crossed for more decent luck)...bought a barred rock and a daisybell (pied ranger) 2 weeks ago to keep up the egg numbers as I sell a lot...up to 7-9 a day now so keeping my customers happy. My young legbars seem to be thriving though I prob should'nt put the dreaded curse on them as I'm eagerly awaiting their blue eggs next Spring.

@Yorkshirecoop The hunter clip you have applied to your horse sounds good, that was always my favourite as I used enjoy the working hunter comps over Winter. Failing that, a high trace clip was always nice looking too.

@rebrascora How did the cockerel processing continue? I do hope your freezer is topped up nicely for Christmas?!

@GGBear Hope you have your Blacktail contained...i have 1 too, a friendly & cheeky little lady but she's wonderful and still laying so far this Winter so I haven't a bad word to say about her other than I wish she'd stop winding up in my kitchen at the end of the day looking for scraps!

Well, it's been a long day for me, 9 dogs to walk today (it's my job) and my car has been in the garage for repairs twice this week, along with hockey and indoor cricket practice's to run my daughter to and from and the usual housework and chuck & duck duties to deal with, I'm done in! :th

Night all, I enjoyed the catch up,

Sasha xx

About 4 months old. My feeling was that the rounded crest was female but have never been sure about the other!

Oh wow GG you seem to be under attack! Yes the polecat will have a go at your birds :( Charlie wants a ferret but we have said no incase it got out and attacked my birds. Have you got poison or traps down for the rats?

Traps are going down again they evaded them last time but we can only put them down at night and unfortunately however much we hate the dam things they are nit daft we can't put traps down during day as chickens would think they were missing out

so its riffle time as for pole cat

I rode since I was a baby...all my family do. I can't afford to own a neddy these days. One of my friends has a couple of Welsh ponies that I sometimes pop on but they're only 12.2 and 14.0 so a bit diddy for me! I do miss it and living out in the sticks, I'm surrounded by horses and riders so my nose gets rubbed in it constantly! Don't miss the expense though I must admit.

@GGBear

A polecat...not good. I had a pet ferret when I was younger, they will def chase your birds, do them some damage too. They also stink to high heaven. Prob someones pet so you could put up some posters maybe?
