My local farm store sell duck and quail eggs so I may give it ago. I need to stay away from fertile eggs really as my incubator has been running constantly

look at those cute fluffy butts!! My polish are going into lockdown Saturday. Out of 24 eggs I've only had 2 quitters which is pretty good for shipped eggs I thought. Trying out this dry hatching seems to be working!!

what type of chickens and ducks do you have?

Hi!
I have a bit of a mix lol! Legbar, light sussex, leghorn, bresse chooks, a couple of bantys, modern game hen. As for the ducks, 6 women, 2 white and 2 browny coloured and 3 males. 12 cats lol! All rescues

Wow you do have a mix lol. I have some polish eggs going into lockdown at the weekend first time I've incubated these. Well done on the rescues

look how beautiful my quail chick is! 4 weeks old on Monday going to start introducing them to the outside next week. Decided to call him Quinn the quail

Doing great thanks Hun I put them outside in the day now they love it! Another week and they'll be permanently out there. Got some more quail in lockdown hatch day tomorrow
