Could be a virus or a respiratory infection. Do her eyes look clear?
For now I would seperate her off from the others with her own food and water. Something to tempt her to eat, scrambled egg, tuna or some soaked chicken feed into a mash. Do you have any poultry vitamins in stock? Some of those in the water should help her also.
