Ulcer on foot?

I’ve been treating bumble for 2 months. Today while changing bandages I noticed an ulcer of some sort? It’s weird, looks like a tumor almost. It has capillary refill really well. It’s developed within the last 4 days. Overall she is doing good, she is 2years and 4 months old. Any ideas if I need to worry?

Do you think it could be fun rubbing from the wrap? Can you put one of those canker cushions on it too see if it helps it go away?
