I just bought an entire quail set-up with 3 pens and ~40 birds. One has been acting sickly. It’s doing better now. I noticed it was lethargic last night. It’s a 4-week old coturnix quail. It was puffed up and was incredibly calm (didn’t try to escape me). I also noticed it was very skinny so isolated it and offered it water and a raw egg mixed in with its regular feed. It has incredibly watery droppings. I also noticed some of my other quail seem to have swollen areas around their eyes.

U E....Ulcerative Enteritus is not a common disease among Coturnix quail, it's more prevalent in Bobwhites. It also kills very quickly, it's highly infectious. If 1 of your quail has it, chances are all are infected. Antibiotics will take care of the infection if administered quickly enough, Teramycin, Oxytetracycline, are usually administered via their drinking water, only problem is it's available by script from a vet.
If it's eyes are swollen than it's probably a sinus infection or respiratory infection.
