um, what kind of bantam is she?

i was thinking delaware, but i'm really unsure...

she has all of the same black markings on her wings, tail, and neck like a delaware, but i don't think her comb is right, is it?
oh, and about the pinkish tone on her neck.. someone painted her with watercolors -_- ugh. never really came out...
