My hens have been laying now for a month and today I got this huge egg... is this normal or is she showing off?

It is a double-yolker. It means her internal egg laying factory messed up and released two yolks instead of one to start the process.

That thing could even be a triple.

Theres nothing to worry about. Somtimes they lay these.
