Hi There! We're new to the world of chickens, having had a three egg incubator and now a 20 egg incubator ... yesterday morning our chickens started hatching ... everything going to plan - ie they were looking 'normal' ... yellow, brown, and some black balls of fully 'fluffed' chicks ... then we got what looks like a very very very small ostrich!!!! [IMG]
All the other chickens have fluff all over them and there eyes are set differently - the 'ostrich' eyes appear to face the front more. Does anyone have any idea what this little treasure might be??! Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your replies! It's a mystery how this little fella made it into our incubator as the lady we got the eggs from certainly doesn't have any 'funny looking chooks' (as my son calls them) ... it will be interesting to see what he/she grows into!
    Thanks again,
