Stupid pet store. Well anyways they keep takeing turns mounting and humping each other..... Is this normal? It's just really awkard

its normal , its a dominance thing.
I will suggest seperating them into their own cages before the fights start.

They have a 4x3 hutch with a 6x6 run. Will they still fight? They seem to like each other. They share food and water and play and run around together.. Why will they fight?

they are just finding out which one is the alpha buck! i would separte them because when the crazy hormones goes crazy they will fight!

Yeah, and unfortunately alot of times they'll fight to the death-not a pretty sight to walk in on!

Yes. Separate them ASAP. My neighbors kids had two rabbits that ended up being both male. They did this same mounting routine and thought they would be expecting kits in the future. But, they took them to the vet to know for sure and they were both males. Soon after, they fought and one took a large chunk out of the other's side, consequently dying.

So I should seperate them? If I have to get rid of one what one should I keep? Also will they always fight?

Are you wanting them to breed? Or just for pets?

I'm not familiar with rabbits, but if you got both males neutered would they still fight? I don't know many people who get their rabbits neutered, but I remembered seeing several rabbits at the vet office to be neutered, when I worked there.
