Ummm should I be concerned

I found this in the corner of my run should I be concerned?

Looks like it had been there awhile.

How long was it there? If you keep seeing them, I’d be concerned, but if you don’t, then I think they’ll be fine. What an odd egg!

I couldn’t have been there long it might have been payed yesterday because I wasn’t able to check on them. But I will look for more eggs similar to that one

How old are your birds, in months?
How long have they been laying?

Not too unusual to find an egg in the run occasionally.
Looks like it's highly calcified and someone took a peck at it.
Probably just a glitch, no need to panic.

They are exactly a year old and they have been laying for a while

Glitches happen.

If you start seeing eggs like that regularly then you *might* have an issue. But one or two now and then isn't a problem.
