Oh boy... never dealt with this before...
First, how big was the Lego? That is important. If it was small, she'll probably just pass it. If it was brick-sized, I don't even know how she managed to swallow it, but that may be different.

If she got grits in her crop, it would make it smaller. I'm sure it's a small piece of Lego LOL! Chickens eat weird things!

If it's one of those square ones the grit should grind in smooth the edges enough to pass but make sure she has plenty of grit in case she needs it to refill her croup. One of ours ate the arm of a "polly pocket" and I never did find it but it's been 6 months so she appears to have survived. Chickens.

Oops! I saw you post after I posted, it's not sharp so she should pass it just fine.
