Some of my hens have spurs, they can be pretty feisty but this is definitely the worst they’ve ever done. My husband said he will cull her when he gets home, she’s separated for now. Thank youYet another reason I'd put her down.
She will need to be separated out and will need daily wound care and TLC for weeks/month or two.
That broken bone - extremely prone to infection. She will need antibiotics as well.
Open crop, you're going to have to fix that, or have a vet stitch it up. There's 2 layers there - the crop and the outer skin.
I don't see how another hen could do this, but o.k.
