Hello and welcome to BYC!
I made your own thread as the previous thread was in our New Members forum.
Don't cut the sac. Get a warm wet paper towel and gently wrap it for now until it absorbs. Keep other chicks away from this one, keep the chick at 95°F and keep the sac damp. Hopefully he absorbs it.
