Unabsorbed yolk?

Hey y'all. One of my chicks hatched this morning. It was a wrong end pip so after 24 hours of no improvement I zipped for it. I then put it back in wrapped in a paper towel and let it kick out when it saw fit. It sat for another few hours and finally kicked out.
Well, there's what looks to be a lot of yolk in the egg. Isn't the yolk in a sac? The chick seems weaker than the others but I didn't think the yolk was just loose in the egg like this.

And sorry for the bad picture, it's in my incubator and I have others still hatching so I didn't want to open the lid.
