Unanswered posts=help

I was just made aware of the link to unanswered posts at the bottom of the Index page and the bottom of Recent Posts. I am amazed at how many posts fell through the cracks. Can everyone take a look there and see if you can help these folks? They must feel very abandoned by all of us. There is just so much to keep up with on here and I am sure they were just missed. I know it is all I can do to just keep up with my subscribed threads. Thanks in advance to everyone.

I do try to check those - lots of posts in the buy sell area make it difficult to sift out those that need help.

I read one where the person thought they were being ignored or left out and it made me feel bad. I hadn't realized there was a section like that.

I try to look through the unanswered posts as much as I can, but I can only answer so many. It makes me sad that there's over 100 pages of unanswered posts.

I made the same observation a few weeks ago. I try to look at the unanswered posts also and have noticed that quite a few are not really duplicate posts but the common questions that come up every few days.

I have also noticed that if you post during a non peak time it will move towards the bottom of the list by peak time and so it gets missed. And then if you post during peak time it moves faster to the bottom if it isn't answered quickly.

I try to browse through them once a day.

There may be over 100 pages of them but most are BST and some were just posted and there hasn't been a chance for people to answer them.
