Unbalanced chick

I have several Blue Andulusian chicks that hatched this morning and all are ok except for one that continually ends up on it's back. It keeps rolling to the right and I have tried to brace it upright with clean cloths, kept it in a small bowl with padding to brace it up, but sooner or later it is on it's back again. Don't know if this is some physical problem or something else that will make it a cull. Just wanted to throw the question out there to see if anyone else has had any chicks like this and what was the outcome.
