love that.I did also want to mention that learning another language can often help with understanding grammar and syntax in English. I studied Latin for 7 years, 3 of those years studying grammar and 4 translating from Latin texts. Understanding person, number, tense, voice, and mood has led to a better technical understanding of English grammar ime.
Same in Latin. Adjectives of quantity come before the word, as in “multi canes” or “many dogs,” while adjectives of quality come after the word, as in “dominus bonus,” or “good master.”love that.
i speak spanish and italian as well and i had a different experience learning them because the order of words is kind of backwards from english.

I studied it from grammar school-high school. Took the National Latin Exam a couple times as well. I miss it, not gonna liemakes sense since the romance languages come from latin.

Not at all, mostly just my old classmates. Every once in a while I’ll see someone studying Latin in a coffee shop or something and talk with them a little.that’s impressive. i bet you miss it. there probably aren’t a lot of people around to speak latin with.
