Too many people work and too many people have picture perfect property in my area to worry about that! Would love to see more people with birds though--farms are disappearing around here. Maybe chickens will bring it back on a small scale!!

To bad the government wouldnt reprint that in todays publications. It sure would make it easier for people to have chickens since Uncle Sam said we should have chickens. Then the towns couldnt tell you no on poultry. Because Uncle Sam said it was ok. Well not just ok, but expected of you..

Well, unless the government has since recanted, surely this would still stand, no matter how old? Sort of like a peace treaty, until someone breaks it, it's still in effect!

And I was under the impression that the Government was higher up than the state or city level.
So everyone must have chickens!
