under a tornado watch unappreciation

I was born in Staunton a long, long time ago, still have some relatives in Waynesboro.
Spent summers crabbing and sailing the Bay. Still love the area!

You may have to shut down and unplug everything, stay safe and check in when you can. If the sky starts turning greenish, take cover.

Wow, batten down the hatches and lock up your chickens and your family. Good luck, be safe!!

the storm has passed and i went to check on the coop. this was the first heavy rain it has had and i have some puddling inside. tell me what you think about my run.

Nice run, very nice! Perhaps you can raise the ground with sand or pea gravel? Probably don't need to worry about it really, not too much flooding.

Love the nosy EE's, I have several EE's that I adore.

Were getting some nice storms here too.

We've been getting some doozies this year so far. We are in NY about maybe 2 hours up from the city. Last year, beginning of June we had a tornado hit right in the backyard, went between ours and the nieghbors house and across the road and just kept lifting up and touching down here and there for about a mile. It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced and don't ever want to do it again! I have relative in Yorktown VA,so thats not too far from you I think. Hope you all make it through ok and it passes quickly. Stay safe!
