Underdeveloped wing and leg

One of our 10-12 day old chicks seems to be developing more slowly on one side. Her wing and foot look great on the right. But on the left her wing is slightly smaller with less feather fullness. Her left leg just started to splay out today. She had been walking fine, and still gets around. Eating and drinking has been fine. She's plenty busy, but we are very concerned. Any advice?

I am so sorry that you are having this problem!

unfortunately, I am no help at all, and would probably cull

Took her to the vet. Developmental abnormality. Decided to cull as she was clearly getting worse fast. Farm life ain't easy.
