Yes, patterning is just complicated. I've been making prototypes, just didn't have a workable one at the time we video'ed

Those pants are made of a childs down coat so nice and toasty warm.

@rustyhen yes thanks, I'm on the mend! They only kept me in one night everything was fine until yesterday morning when I noticed the main wound was very inflamed. As it was Sunday and the Doctors don't work I had to go to an out of hours clinic at the local hospital and wait for over two hours despite being given an appointment when I had dialled the emergency number. I have antibiotics that would kill a horse! They are working and it is much better tonight than it was yesterday. When they removed the gall bladder there was just one huge stone the size of a squashed golf ball.

I have been working all day on Rudy's coat he isn't happy w/ it but hope it keeps him warm in this storm we are getting tonight.

fenrosie the same thing happened to me when I had my GB out. Finally had to go the IV route to get over it

Genetically Rudy is a naked neck, but he carries a double recessive sc gene making him scaleless. Any breed of chicken w/ the right genetics can be scaleless, it's like albino (not a breed but a genetic difference)
