RustHen~I bought the 3M tape you recommended. I haven't tried it yet. When I get to feeling better, (head cold) I'm going to look thru my stash for a creamy yellow and practice on it. Hopefully this next weekend.

I think as long as we try to get a pale yellow and greens with purples we will be just fine, just no brights is what we all seem to agree on, but if you have brights then just add lighter every now and then and it will tone it down I'm sure,

OHhapppychicks, I think you will be happy with it and it's dual purpose

When I tried the clear dots I still had a lot of problems because then the ruler stood so far above the fabric I managed to twist or tug it out from under the ruler when cutting between the dots.
I have broken both of my wrists and the left one has a steel plate in it, so I have to hold the ruler differently than I used to.

Thanks. I'll see if it compares with what I ordered. What I ordered was little baby chicks on white with orange bills and legs, I think. I'll see if I can find the picture to share.

Wow, that's big. But the ruler gives you a comparison. I was planning to use this for my border, maybe.

March 15th too soon do you think? I changed the swap due date to April, even though we will be finished early I'm sure, but maybe we could do another mug rug swap in between like we did before that was so much fun.
