Underweight and white in hens throat*PIC INCLUDED*

I've had birds for almost 10 years and haven't seen this before... a Silkie hen with what looks like cottage cheese in her mouth and throat... is that sour crop? I've never dealt/seen it before. I was just about to tube her some food when I noticed, she hasn't eaten today, bearly drank anything. @Eggcessive @dawg53 I know you guys know your stuff.

How do I treat? Antibiotics? I'm assuming she isn't eating because it's uncomfortable and painful but she needs to be tubed, she is thin.
I'm sorry, I haven't dealt with canker before personally so I am not sure, but hopefully someone else will reply with more knowledge soon
 
Would oxytetracycline work? I have that on hand. And would probiotics help too?
It's not a bacteria, so no. It's either yeast (thrush) or protazoa (canker). I might have those switched, tbh. But either way, antibiotics won't help. I don't think probiotics will, either.
