Undigested grass/lettuce in poop? Month old gosling

My gosling is a month old and every time he eats grass or lettuce, it’s basically entirely undigested. He appears healthy otherwise. He eats Mazuri Waterfowl Starter but I think we’re supposed to switch to Maintenance soon? Can’t seem to find when exactly. He also has access to Chick grit at all times. What could cause this? Thank you!

i'm not expert in goose but i can tell you what i do for chickens

it could be Heat Related Or C. Preg which cause this or It is related to liver that its not producing digestive enzymes
if you can bring a liver tonic thats great or give 1 ml yeast in 1 liter water to detox liver and enable enzymes
