hen hatched one baby chick last Monday. Separated mom and baby and they’re doing great. Unexpectedly had another egg hatch today in the main coop with 2 hens laying on top of it. When I moved them to collect eggs I saw it and one of them protected the baby and the other looked like it’s shoving it around. Should I figure out somewhere to put them? If so do I put both hens and baby together? Try to figure out which hen is taking care of it? Can a baby go down a ramp? When can they all be integrated together?

I'd put the new chick with the hen that already has one.
And no, baby chicks cant immediately use a ramp. Most are left outside if unattended because they cant figure it out.
Integration depends on your particular flock, your set up and space available.
For me it's about a week or 2, when chicks are feathered and robust. Then I integrate.
