Unexpected baby bunnies!! Please help!

I would wait till the eyes are open and they are more curious to keep them in the area
For now they shouldn’t go to far

By the time they are curious, they also have some ability to find their way back, and some fur to help keep them warm.

Newly born ones are the most likely to die of being too cold. The older they get, the less likely it is.

By the time they want to explore, it is usually safe for them to do so.
 
Awesome, thanks everyone! I will just leave them be then. If my doe does ave another litter, should I build a nest box?

Yes, I would provide a nestbox in case she has another litter. It would be better if month-old bunnies and newborn bunnies are not trying to share the same space. Or at least, it's good to let her have that option. She may have her own ideas about which place is best to give birth!
